This fund is a scholarship grant from the J. Porter and Alyce V. Coble Family Memorial Scholarship Fund and must be used withing the following restrictions: Pay tuition for one or two semesters (excluding summer terms) for a "deserving student in history at UIS. The University is responsible for choosing a student to meet this criteria. UIS is responsible for reporting to the Community Foundation which student was chosen and how the student was selected.
