This fund is used to provide Student Aid with the following selection criteria: The scholarship recipients shall be entering graduate or undergraduate students; the students' permanent residence shall be outside of the following counties: Sangamon, Greene, Macoupin, Madison, Montgomery, Christian, Scott, Pike, Shelby, Moultrie, Piatt, Dewitt, Champaign, Macon, Logan, McLean, Woodford, Tazewell, Peoria, Fulton, Mason, Menard, Cass, Morgan, Brown and Schuyler; the student shall be studying either business or management; and the student shall be a U.S. citizen.
