This fund is used to furnish and equip a Performing Arts Studio for WUIS located in the metal building currently named "CBM" and formerly named "L" on the east campus of UIS. The General Manager of WUIS, in conference with the Executive Director of the Center for State Policy and Leadership, or designee, shall determine the timing and amount of expenditures, subject to approval of the appropriate University officials.
