Student Aid from this fund shall be awarded annually to one to four full-time or part-time students that have academic merit or financial need. Each academic merit-based scholarship will cover the costs of two semesters of tuition, fees and books. Each financial need-based scholarship will assist with the cost of two semesters of tuition, fees, and books. First preference shall be given to master's degree candidates, second preference to doctoral degree candidates, and third preference to undergraduate students. This scholarship is intended to be used for the Department of Public Administration at UIS.
