This fund is used to provide a scholarship to a full-time student. Preference is given to a student who is good academic standing, with a grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale); is a student athlete interested in "sports officiating;" and is a student who exhibits athletic ability, skill and sportsmanship.
