Gifts to this fund provide Student Aid to undergraduate students at UIS. The scholarship recipients shall be selected based upon financial need and academic merit. It is the Donor's preference that the Student Aid issued provide the greatest possible impact, and, therefore, fewer Student Aid of greater magnitude are to be preferred over Student Aid of lesser magnitude. The Student Aid will be renewable as long as the recipients remain qualified and continue to satisfy all of the appropriate criteria. Preference in the awarding of the Student Aid shall be given in the following order: First, to students from New Berlin, Illinois. Second, to students from Sangamon County, Illinois. Third, to students from the State of Illinois.
