The University of Illinois Music Program presents "Black Classical Composers: A Lecture-Demonstration With Violinist Chenoa Murphy" as part of its First Tuesday Brown Bag Concert Series. The University of Illinois Springfield High School Honor Band Festival and Concert will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The festival welcomes participation from local and regional high school students that have been approved via the application process.

Eligibility: Local and regional high school students proficient in a band instrument (wind/brass/percussion) are welcome to apply.
