The Office of Strategic Communications will be hosting two Open Photo Studio sessions for Fall 2024 for all staff or faculty. The photos can be used for university purposes such as department websites, campus directory, speaking engagements at conferences, etc. Any staff or faculty member who either hasn’t had their portrait taken or would like another, more recent, portrait taken is encouraged to attend.

The next Civil Service Advisory Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 2, at 10 a.m. via Zoom. All civil service employees are welcome to attend.

In October, the Office of Digital Accessibility (ODA) and COLRS will share an accessibility tip on writing and including alternative text for images in Microsoft Word and Canvas content.
