Historically, weightlifting has been a male dominated activity. The goal of this program is to educate students on how to use proper weightlifting techniques in the gym, so they feel comfortable doing so on their own.

This class is designed for individuals looking to improve their range of motion, build foundational strength, and safely learn the basics of weightlifting. Combining dynamic mobility drills with introductory lifting techniques, Strong Foundations focuses on enhancing joint flexibility and muscle mobility while teaching proper form for essential lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this class is perfect for developing better movement patterns, preventing injury, and progressively building strength.

Kickboxing will have you punching and kicking your stress away as you get into shape. You will burn away fat, improve your cardiovascular system, and build lean muscle with strength and cardio moves. This ultimate total body workout will leave your mind and body feeling confident, calm, and strong. Kickboxing is for all fitness levels. Over the span of this course, you will improve by adding more power and speed that works for your body. Boxing gloves are supplied, or feel free to bring your own along.

Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! All dance and fitness abilities are welcome. Levels and modifications will be provided - zero experience required!

Join Haley for an all-levels yoga class offering standing, balancing, and seated poses with plenty of modifications and props. This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice to allow energy to flow throughout the body. The second half will focus on yin postures held longer to stretch the connective tissues and help us relax even the deepest layers of the body. This class combines a balance of both movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, and physicality and mindfulness.

Low impact exercises set to timed intervals provide a muscle toning burn. Think cardio and strength all in one workout! (30 minutes)
