Join licensed instructor and brand rep Cari Piper for this wildly addictive workout! WERQ is a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! All dance and fitness abilities are welcome. Levels and modifications will be provided - zero experience required!

Goat Yoga

As a part of Stress Less Week, we are hosting Goat Yoga! This will be held right outside of TRAC on the north lawn. Stop by for a quick picture with a goat in between classes or stay to do some yoga! There will be many fun picture opportunities while participating. 

CycleFit

Also known as spin class: Cycle Fit is a great workout that is a top notch way to strengthen the entire lower body, while providing a great cardio workout that will leave you out of breath. Combine that with listening and riding to some of your favorite songs and artists from all genres. Cycle Fit takes you on a journey through hills and sprints, burning calories like it’s nothing along the way.

Strong Foundations

This class is designed for individuals looking to improve their range of motion, build foundational strength, and safely learn the basics of weightlifting. Combining dynamic mobility drills with introductory lifting techniques, Strong Foundations focuses on enhancing joint flexibility and muscle mobility while teaching proper form for essential lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this class is perfect for developing better movement patterns, preventing injury, and progressively building strength.
