Miriam L. Wallace is Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Illinois-Springfield, and Professor of English. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College (BA) and the University of California, Santa Cruz (MA/PhD) in Literature. Jessica Baumberger is a Web Developer and IT professional with 17 years of experience in designing, architecting, and coding custom websites, CMS sites, and e-commerce solutions. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications and Digital/Multimedia Design, as well as a Master's in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Denver.
