Medical Microbiology Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Medical Microbiology is a 12-credit hour, post-baccalaureate certificate program for students who want to work in a medical microbiology laboratory and have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a non-MLS discipline. The Graduate Certificate in Medical Microbiology can be completed in three semesters. Individuals who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Medical Microbiology are eligible to sit for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) Scientist in Microbiology examination via route 3.

Medical Laboratory Science, BS

Medical Laboratory Scientists are essential in healthcare. As an MLS student, you’ll learn in classroom and actual clinical settings. The Medical Laboratory Science degree program has a 100% job placement rate following graduation. The MLS degree offers pathways to medical school, PA programs, law school, public health, and more.

Immunohematology Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Immunohematology is a 13-credit hour, post-baccalaureate certificate program for students who want to work in a medical immunohematology laboratory and have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a non-MLS discipline. The Graduate Certificate in Immunohematology can be completed in three semesters. Individuals who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Immunohematology are eligible to sit for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) Scientist in Blood Bank examination via route 3.

Hematology Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Hematology is a 12-credit hour, post-baccalaureate certificate program for students who want to work in a medical hematology laboratory and have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a non-MLS discipline. The Graduate Certificate in Hematology can be completed in three semesters.

Individuals who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Hematology are eligible to sit for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) Scientist in Hematology examination via route 3.

Clinical Chemistry Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Chemistry is a 12-credit hour, post-baccalaureate certificate program for students who want to work in a medical chemistry laboratory and have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a non-MLS discipline. The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Chemistry can be completed in four semesters.
