Financial aid for the Spring 2021 semester is scheduled to be disbursed on Sunday, January 9, 2021. Any funds exceeding your University charges after your student account has been paid in full will be refunded to you by University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operations (USFSCO). Spring 2021 financial aid refunds will start occurring on an ongoing basis as of January 14, 2021 , if not sooner. An e-mail will be sent to your official university e-mail account once the refund has been processed.
Banner Document Management (BDM), also known as WebXtender, is the official repository of student academic records. While BDM can be accessed via Banner, Admissions Workflow, or Slate systems, it is actually a stand alone system whose contents are maintained by the UIS Office of Records and Registration.

It is extremely important that students correctly report the address to which earned diplomas/certificates are to be mailed. If a diploma and/or certificate is returned because the address listed in Student Self-Service is incorrect or outdated, students have three options:
