The Jewish Federation of Springfield is partnering with the UIS Performing Arts Center and UIS Music to bring these beautiful instruments to life in concert.  A violin can inspire unmatche

UIS musicians end the academic year with a concert of chamber music. Free and open to the public. Join us!

Musicians from the UIS Music Program, the UIS Community Music School, and the Illinois Symphony Youth Orchestra perform on the year-end solo recital. Also featured are the runners-up from the 10th Annual UIS Music Solo Competition. Free and open to the public.

Join us on Friday at 7pm for the UIS concert featuring the UIS Chorus and the Lincoln Land Community College Choir! Free and open to the public.

Music at the Movies!

Join us in the Student Union Ballroom Lobby for a free lunch time concert featuring violinist Alex Malaimare and pianist Chung-Ha Kim in a short program of movie music. Stop in for a bit or stay for the whole concert. You are welcome to bring your lunch. Join us!

Join us for the festive final orchestra concert of the season featuring the UIS Orchestra and Illinois Symphony Youth Ensembles! This concert is part of the Partnership in Education and Civic Engagement between the UIS Music Program and the Illinois Symphony Orchestra. Featuring works by Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Wagner, and others. The ensembles are under the direction of Maestro Jacobsen Woollen.
