UIS Biology Student Dylan Thompson Accepted Into Southern Illinois University School of Medicine

Congratulations to Dylan Thompson, who has been accepted into the School of Medicine at Southern Illinois University. Dylan is a senior majoring in Biology with a pre-medical concentration here at UIS and will start the medical doctor program this fall. As Aristotle once said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." Dylan credits UIS's guidance and support in helping him cultivate the habits of excellence that led to his acceptance to medical school. |
