The UIS men's golf team faced challenging competition at the Bill Crabtree Invitational, hosted by Kentucky Wesleyan on Oct. 28-29. Playing at The Pearl Club in Owensboro, Kentucky, the Prairie Stars competed in a strong NCAA Division II field, ultimately gaining valuable experience as they finished their fall season.
Tournament Recap
- Brady Wilson led the team, finishing with a two-round score of 148 (72-76), tying for 25th position
- Jake Baldin followed closely, posting a solid comeback in the second round for a total of 149 strokes (77-72), taking 29th place
- Sacha Lamraski scored 154 over two rounds (72-82), ending tied for 49th
- Julien Babineau and Tom Bumann, and Charles Prins tied for 52nd with a 155 total (76-79, 78-77, and 73-82, respectively)
- Missouri S&T's Isaac To claimed the individual title, while their No. 22-ranked team took the team championship
