Bio: Kofi Abaidoo is a member of the 2013 cohort. He is currently a Program Manager for Quality Improvement with Rock County in Wisconsin. In his role, he oversees change management, program evaluation, and performance measurement efforts within the biggest department in the county. In the past, he held positions such as a program & policy analyst, technical training specialist, and business manager. He has worked in higher education, the private sector and currently in government where his passion lies.
Research Interests: Public administration, policy analysis, program evaluation, performance management, Lean Six Sigma, organizational culture.
