Bio: Anita J. Rumage is a member of the 2011 cohort. She currently serves as the ExceleRate Pilot Project Manager for the Illinois Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development (GOECD), adjunct faculty for UIS Department of Public Administration and nonprofit leadership consultant for Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE). Her dissertation is titled Nonprofit Leadership Transition: A Preparedness Study.
