The University of Illinois Springfield Center for State Policy and Leadership and the Community Health Roundtable will host a virtual webinar titled “The Health of our Local Economy and Businesses after Two Years of the COVID-19 Pandemic” at noon Friday via Zoom.
In the webinar, a panel of experts will review the latest local economic and employment data, and report on the health of our local businesses after two years of COVID-19.
Panelists include Ryan McCrady, president & CEO of the Springfield Sangamon Growth Alliance; Ken Kriz, UIS distinguished professor of public administration and Dominic Watson, president of the Springfield Black Chamber of Commerce. The discussion will be moderated by Molly Lamb, executive director of the UIS Center of State Policy and Leadership.
