We are pleased to announce that pronouns can now be included on nameplates for faculty and staff. Signage standards have been amended to include pronouns below the name - see the photo at the right for a sample nameplate appearance.

All other standards remain in place, including the preclusion of professional designations, certifications, name prefixes, etc. in order to maintain adequate font size for readability and a consistent image campus-wide.

For those who would like their pronouns included on their nameplate, please submit a work request and include your name as you would like it to appear along with your pronouns. Please be sure to double-check your spelling as your name will appear exactly as spelled in the work order. F&S will produce and install nameplates as requests are received.
