About the Presenter

Alicia Bowers is a hiring expert at ApplicantPro. She helps small business owners that are struggling to find qualified applicants for their open jobs. Her objective is to help each of her clients create a continuous flow of qualified, pre-screen candidates so they can turn hiring into their competitive advantage.
Apart from hiring, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, trying new food, and seeing new places. She has remodeled her entire home on her own and loves a good challenge!
