The Annual Evaluation Process for Academic Professional and Civil Service employees has begun!  Human Resources is pleased to present an updated electronic version of the Annual Performance Evaluation to be used as of April 1, 2024.  While the structure, categories, and rankings should all look familiar, we made some minor changes to its functionality. As a reminder, supervisors will assign self-evaluations to their individual employees. Employees should NOT click on the evaluation form to start their self-evaluations. More information on the annual evaluation process, including best practices and Frequently Asked Questions, can be found on the Human Resources website.

The evaluation period is from April 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.  Evaluations must be submitted to Human Resources no later than close of business Friday, June 7, 2024.

HR will also be holding two training sessions for supervisor that cover best practices for completing annual evaluations. See dates and times below:

  • Annual Evaluation Training for Supervisors (Session 1): April 10, 2024 from 9-10:30am via Zoom. You can use this link to join this session.
  • Annual Evaluation Training for Supervisors (Session 2): April 23, 2024 from 3-4:30pm via Zoom. You can use this link to join this session.
