"The University of Illinois Springfield earned recognition in the 2025 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, with its online bachelor’s programs ranked 39th out of 350 institutions nationwide.
The rankings were released Tuesday, and UIS moved up six-spots from last year’s report.
At UIS, the most popular online degrees are in computer science, which accounts for 25% of degrees conferred. Psychology follows with 14%, while business administration makes up 13%. Degrees in computer and information systems security represent 8%, and English language and literature account for 7%."
