Dr. BJ Fletcher received a three-year program evaluation grant with the United Way of Greater Cleveland. This is an evaluation for one of the United Way's housing programs, evaluating their tenant resources program, with the goal to address housing security, support tenant's rights, increase resources and service provisions, and improve service delivery. The project aims to identify and address individual and household impediments and hurdles to maintaining stable rental housing and access to and utilization of tenant resources. He will collaborate with a scholar at the Center for Economic Development at Cleveland State University on the project.
