Gabby Przygocki, Candidate for Treasurer

My name is Gabby Przygocki and I am declaring my candidacy for Treasurer in the upcoming Student Government Association (SGA) election for the 2025-26 academic year. As an undergraduate student in the UIS accounting program and the current treasurer for the Student Organization Funding Association (SOFA), I have demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. I ensure that all Registered Student Organization (RSO) accounts are up to date, notify organizations when funds are low, and maintain financial accountability within SOFA. These experiences have prepared me to effectively manage SGA finances, ensuring transparency and responsible budgeting. If elected, I will uphold my constitutional duty to track all income and expenses while continuing to lead SOFA with the experience I’ve gained. My commitment to financial responsibility and fair funding makes me a strong candidate for Treasurer, and I look forward to serving the student body.
