Prior to joining NEOMA Business School (former Rouen Business School) in France as a Full Professor in 2018, Roya has worked as tenured Associate Professor at University of Illinois System (2015-2018 and 2019-Present), and Aston University (United Kingdom) 2005-2015. She has published and presented more than 70 papers (and book chapters) in refereed international journals and conferences in areas of IT Value, Information Systems and Sustainability (Green IT/IS), IT Adoption and Implementation, and IT for Sustainable Development.
