UIS Space Out Run

Looking to space out from the boredom of COVID-19 and just get away?  Join Orion and your fellow STARS as we run across the moon for the UIS Space Out Event.  And the best part…you get to decide how you will complete your miles (inside, outside, run, skip, hop, jump, bike, lift, kickbox, swim) and how many miles you want to do!  We have different moon related distances for different fitness challenges.

How’s it work? After you register, you will receive a confirmation email in the following weeks that includes further instructions, and a link to submit your time.  Time can be submitted daily, weekly, or as a lump sum and is on your honor system.

This event is FREE for the first 200 UIS students and $15 for everyone else.   Registration incudes access to the race and the exclusive Space Out Shirt (Unisex Sizing).  Registration closes on June 26 but you have the entire month of July to complete your distance.  Questions, please mail Amber Pye at Apye3@uis.edu or campusrec@uis.edu
