The UIS Orchestra is composed of UIS students, faculty/staff, and community musicians that perform a variety of works from the standard orchestral repertoire as well as new and innovative compositions.
How to Join
UIS musicians interested in joining the UIS Orchestra for course credit can register for MUS 105/305 B Instrumental Ensemble: Orchestra.
Community musicians and UIS musicians interested in joining the UIS Orchestra without enrolling for course credit should fill out a brief information form. Participation is welcome by musicians 12+.
