Fill out and transmit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. FAFSA^® on the Web is fast, easy, more accurate than paper.

Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID

An StudentAid.gov ID is a username and password that gives you access to Federal Student Aid’s online systems including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA^®) and can serve as your legal signature. If you are a dependent student, a parent will also need to create an StudentAid.gov ID so that they may provide a parental signature on your FAFSA^®.
