UIS Sponsored Overnight Student Travel

To prioritize student safety, UIS keeps track of overnight student travel so students can be notified in the event of an emergency.  All qualifying university-sponsored overnight student travel must be submitted on the below Student Travel Form at least 10 days prior to the travel occurring.

Any faculty, staff, or volunteer who has responsibility for students during university-sponsored overnight travel should be a trained Campus Security Authority. Please provide the contact information of the designated CSA for this trip below. If the designated CSA has not yet been trained, please email clery@uis.edu immediately to request that the individual receive a link to CSA training promptly.
