Future Plans: Pursue an economics position in professional sports

Terence Bynoe chose the University of Illinois Springfield to play on the men’s soccer team and is an intern at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources as part of the Graduate Public Service Internship Program. Asked why he chose UIS, he said: “I chose UIS for its high-level education in combination with a great level of competitive collegiate sports.” He enjoys that campus is the right size and “everyone is incredibly social and helpful,” he said. Following graduation, he plans on pursuing a position in economics with the sports industry.
