Devanshika Sapra loves the community engagement and campus activities at the University of Illinois Springfield. Sapra, an international student ambassador, is also a member of the executive boards for Women of Distinction, the American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and the Rotary Club. Born in New Delhi, India, Sapra grew up in Springfield. She chose UIS because she found the campus welcoming and felt it was a perfect fit for her. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school.
