Paige Williams chose the University of Illinois Springfield because of the scholarship opportunities. She works in the Student Leadership Center as a student life assistant and a marketing intern at FrontlineCo., as part of the Internship and Prior Learning Program. Her involvement on campus includes chair of the Student Activities Committee and marketing coordinator for the Black Student Union. When asked about what she likes about UIS she said, “I like the student life at UIS.” Williams plans to graduate from UIS in spring 2024. Following graduation, she plans to pursue a career in sports marketing.
