Please be advised that mandated inspections of the campus fire sprinkler systems are scheduled for the upcoming week of December 18th.

The systems in the following buildings are slated for inspection:

Fire Drills

Ravneet Chhokar, Director of Safety and Environmental Compliance

The annual fire drills for this year will be conducted on Thursday, October 26, and Friday, November 3 for the UIS campus. 

Drill Procedures 

An essential plumbing repair in PAC will be performed the morning of Wednesday, September 27. Water will be shut off to Tower 1 on all floors from 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. Please use the restroom facilities in the other towers during this time.
