Ample parking is available to conference visitors in Parking Lot D. The conference center is fully accessible to the physically impaired.

Tobacco-, Vape- and Cannabis-Free Campus Policy
The purpose of this policy is to provide an environment that promotes the health, well-being and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors at the University of Illinois Springfield by minimizing the negative effects of tobacco, e-cigarette and cannabis products as well as to improve fire safety and encourage a healthier, more sustainable environment.

Facilities Naming and Commemorative Plaque Policy
All proposals for the honorific naming of campus facilities and programs must be consistent with applicable provisions of the General Rules Concerning University Organization and Procedures, Article V, Section 4, as well as the University of Illinois Business and Financial Policies and Procedures, and must be approved by the Office of the Chancellor and, if applicable, The Board of Trustees.
