If you have consented to receive your Tax Form(s) electronically by the deadline January 15, 2024, 10:59pm CST, the forms that are issued to you by University of Illinois are now available.

Important Note: Electronic access to tax forms will not be available, regardless of consent, for those attempting to access the forms OUTSIDE the U.S. Likewise, if you recently received your Social Security Number and did not have it updated to your employee record by December 31, 2023, you will not have access to the online tax forms.

Welcome to the beginning of a new semester at UIS! It has been a pleasure meeting so many of our new UIS community members and seeing some familiar faces as we begin our Spring 2024 semester. We are aware that University of Illinois System employees may have received an email yesterday asking employees to schedule a “retirement planning session". That email was NOT sent by the university nor SURS, and is NOT from one of our approved retirement plan providers. Please exercise caution whenever you receive email from unknown sources.

Happy New Year! As a reminder, employer registration is now open for the Career Connections Expo scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) campus. Advanced employer registration is required. Thank you to those already registered, we look forward to seeing you at the event.
