The Volunteer and Civic Engagement Center works with many different Student Service Organizations. Below is a list of service organizations at UIS along with the organizations leadership contact information. This is not an exhaustive list, rather these are some of the active organizations that we regularly work with on campus.

Praire Stars Service Trip

Dance Marathon

Dance Marathon is a student-led, year-round philanthropic movement, uniting students across the United States and Canada in raising critical funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. CMN Hospitals raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals that support the health of 10 million kids each year across the U.S. and Canada. Donations benefit local member hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment, child life services that put kids’ and families’ minds at ease during difficult hospital stays and financial assistance for families who could not otherwise afford these health services.
