Diving into Enrollment & Retention Across Campus

Enrollment and Retention continue to be two key areas for UIS.  As the campus moves toward the work on the NorthStar Initiative it will be important for faculty and staff to develop shared understanding around enrollment and retention efforts.  This CFE session will focus on discussing enrollment terminology and research.  Additionally, we will dive into the complexities of what retention and persistence is, how data is used to determine retention numbers and use of retention data related to IPEDS and UI System Office data.
