Future Plans: Pursue a master’s degree at UIS

Libby Price chose the University of Illinois Springfield because it “felt like home” when she visited. She’s currently a member of the cross country and track and field teams, an orientation leader and works as a desk attendant for UIS Residence Life. She says her favorite thing about UIS is “being a Prairie Star athlete!” She was part of three relay teams that scored in 2019 at GLVC Championship events and helped the indoor 4×400 relay team come in sixth at a conference meet. Following graduation with her bachelor’s degree, she plans to earn her master’s degree in communication from UIS.
