Academic Personnel Calendar
The Academic Personnel Calendar is published each May 1 for the following academic year. The calendar lists official dates for submitting application materials and making decisions about faculty personnel reviews, faculty awards (including sabbatical leave), elections, etc. You are encouraged to review the calendar and make note of deadlines relevant to your responsibilities.

Department/School/Program Leadership Change Requests
Anytime a change in academic unit leadership is anticipated (Department Chair/Head, School Director, etc.), whether by formal vote of the faculty or appointment by the Dean, a Department/School/Program Leadership Change Request should be completed to submit details for Board of Trustees approval.

Faculty Files Office
The Faculty Files Custodian maintains digital personnel files and grants faculty unlimited access to view and download documents from their (digital) files. The Faculty Files Office houses official faculty personnel files, which are used to reach decisions on promotion, tenure, and retention. The Faculty Files Custodian is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding faculty personnel files, and for granting access to authorized individuals charged with reviewing files under the terms of the Faculty Personnel Policy.

Non-Instructional Assignments
