A material becomes a waste when it is discarded or can no longer be used for its original intended purpose. Waste management and disposal requirements vary depending on the waste stream. Financial Aid Withdrawal Policy Withdrawal & Return of Aid Policy To officially withdraw from the University, students must follow the established deadlines, policies, and procedures found in the Catalog. Each semester, Records and Registration publishes Policies & Registration information including deadlines to withdraw from courses, and the associated tuition and fee proration, if applicable. 
Cost of Attendance Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) Financial Aid Offer Notifications must list anticipated expenses students may encounter during the academic year. The total COA is an estimate, not the actual price you will pay, and actual costs will vary. Total financial aid offered may not exceed the estimated Cost of Attendance.

Prior Learning Assessment Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) currently resides in the Internships and Prior Learning (IPL) Department, part of the Office of Engaged Learning. The Prior Learning Assessment program, part of the Office of Internships and Prior Learning, provides students the opportunity to earn academic credit in recognition of their life-long learning experiences.
