Women & Weights

Historically, weightlifting has been a male dominated activity. The goal of this program is to educate students on how to use proper weightlifting techniques in the gym, so they feel comfortable doing so on their own.

 

To sign up, visit the TRAC front desk starting February 24th. Spots are limited so we can provide specialized attention to participants. If these dates don’t work with your schedule or we run out of spots, we will also be posting tips on our social media! Follow us @uiscampusrec
