This minor is only open to students who are NOT majoring in chemistry, biology, or medical lab science. Students in those majors should consult the pre-medical concentrations for those majors.

The Political Science minor is designed to provide students with an introduction to politics and the American political system. In the minor students will examine the role and function of government, institutions and political behavior and can choose courses on American politics, international relations, comparative politics, or political philosophy. The Political Science minor may be pursued on-campus or fully online.
