Brookens Library allows use of its display case, lower level lounge and other special use areas for University sponsored displays, events and activities that do not disrupt the normal use of the Library. The display case is located on the Main level of the library. Brookens Library adheres to the University of Illinois Springfield's Access and Equal Opportunity policy in making determinations concerning the use of display and special use areas. Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms seating up to 4 people are available on all levels of Brookens library and are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not available.

Computers

The computers in Brookens Library are provided for the use of all students, faculty, staff, and community members.  All activities must adhere to the UIS Guidelines for Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources. 

Logging in

Student, faculty, and staff should use their NetID and password to login to the computers.

Black and White Printers

There are one black and white printer in the library on the main floor and one in the PAC lobby near the ticket booth.  Black and white print jobs are $0.22 per page.  

Color Printers

There is one color printer in the library on the main floor.  Color print jobs are $0.30 per page.
