Campus Cash Cards
Students may add funds online to their Campus Cash Cards. Campus Cash can be used for most services on campus. To purchase a meal plan or campus cash, contact the I-Card office:

Housing Amenities
Mail and Packages
Standard United States Postal Services are provided to all students on campus via apartment or room mail boxes. All mail boxes in the apartments and townhouse are located on the exterior of your areas laundry facility with the exception of Larkspur, Bluebell, and Clover Court. Larkspur, Bluebell, and Clover mail boxes are located inside the main entrance of Homer Butler Housing Commons (HCOM). Residence hall mail boxes are located by the front desk of both LRH and FH.

Family Housing at UIS
Housing Options for Family Housing
Family residents are assigned to either one-bedroom furnished apartments or two-bedroom apartments and may request furnished or unfurnished apartments depending on availability. Due to the size of the units, occupancy is limited to no more than three persons in a one bedroom apartment and no more than four persons in a two bedroom apartment. In family housing, keys will be issued to the person signing the contract. Parents may request up to two additional sets of keys to be used by their spouse or children over the age of twelve.

- Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal Request Form (pdf) – This form is for anyone registered with the Office of Disability Services (ODS) and meets the qualifications for a Service Animal (SA) or Emotional Support Animal (ESA).
Non-UIS Students
Housing Options
Single Student Housing: a private bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath furnished apartment. During the summer semester, Residence Life dedicates a specific area to summer housing. Therefore, student completing their courses or internship during the summer semester will reside in the designated court for summer housing.
