The Mary and James Beaumont Endowed Lincoln Legacy Lecture Series focuses on Lincoln and political conflict and takes place at the University of Illinois Springfield Student Union on Sept. 12. |

"Ryan Williams, a criminology and criminal justice professor at the University of Illinois Springfield, said he has seen a lot of body-worn camera videos over the last 25 years. The video put out Monday to the public involving Sonya Massey, a 36-year-old Black woman who was fatally shot by a Sangamon County Sheriff's deputy over a pot of boiling water inside of her home on July 6, was "one of the worst," he admitted. |

If you are listed as the responsible Unit Contact or Unit Head, please go to Biennial Inventory to get started and to view your unit’s due dates. State of Illinois regulations and University policy require Units to biennially complete and certify a physical inventory of movable equipment. For Unit Heads and authorized delegates, this process is a portion of your custodial responsibilities. |
