- In the event a utility failure occurs during regular working hours, notify the Office of Physical Planning and Operations, 6-6530.
- If there is danger to the building occupant

Tornado Watch means tornadoes are possible in your area. Remain alert for approaching storms, and be prepared to act quickly if a warning is issued. Review and discuss your emergency plan with others.
Suspicious Package
If you receive or discover a suspicious package or device:
Do not touch it, tamper with it, or move it!
Shelter-In-Place
During emergency situations, you can Shelter-in-Place (Stay In). Only follow these actions if it is safe to do so. When in doubt, follow your instincts – you are your best advocate.

Flooding
Flooding can occur due to rainstorms, water main breaks, or power failure to sump pumps.
Fire
- Pull fire alarm.Evacuate and close doors as you go without locking them.
- Evacuate building using the most direct route and nearest exit.
- Do not use elevators.
- Once outside, move to a clear area a
