At approximately 10 a.m. on Dec. 11, the UIS Police Department will be conducting a test of the Rave Alert notification system which utilizes text messages, emails, website banners, digital signage and social media. The test will be followed up with an email that contains a link to a brief survey (no longer than 4 questions) to evaluate the efficacy of the system and identify any operational gaps.
