The Illinois Springfield men's basketball team overcame a double-digit first-half deficit and locked down defensively in the second half to earn a 68-62 victory over Indianapolis on Thursday night at TRAC. With the win, UIS moves to 12-12 overall and 7-9 in GLVC play, while UIndy falls to 13-11 (7-9 GLVC). "It was probably our best defensive half of the year in the second," said Coach Matt Brock. "We made every shot hard for them. It was great to see Nate back out there; he did a great job of finding his teammates."
