Join UIS Human Resources and Chancellor Gooch on the roof of Brookens Library on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 7:00-9:00pm for the Know Your U Moon Party, where we will learn about the newly renovated UIS Campus Observatory and the famous UIS Star Parties!
Per the State University Civil Service System statute, all Academic Professional and Civil Service job descriptions are required to be reviewed and updated at least every three years, including the signatures of the incumbent and supervisor. In order to comply with this statutory mandate, UIS must collect job descriptions by the end of this calendar year. We are excited to utilize our new JDXpert system for this process. Once the supervisor and dean/director have approved the document it will be sent to the employee for electronic signature. It will then be availabl

Human Resources will be holding an open forum via Zoom to answer questions related to JDXpert and Cornerstone. The session will be held on Wednesday, September 21st from 9 -10 a.m. Department users involved in submitting position requests or changes are encouraged to attend. The session will be recorded and available on the Human Resources website.
