Students can significantly reduce their expenses by exploring financial aid options. Financial aid is available from the University of Illinois Springfield, federal and state programs, and outside private scholarships. Critical Need to Reduce Natural Gas Consumption

Dear UIS Campus Community, The university needs everyone to help minimize natural gas usage on campus through next week. The university has been notified by its natural gas supplier of a high likelihood that a natural gas Operational Flow Order (OFO) will be issued. While UIS works daily to reduce its carbon footprint and minimize natural gas consumption, this week presents an especially critical challenge. Any natural gas usage exceeding the university’s contractual allowance incurs significantly high costs during an OFO. |
